Reviews of Vincentia, NSW
"Huskisson & Vincentia"
Only ever visited both Huskisson and Vincentia and stayed many times for a week each time, loved both with that fantastic beach and small town feel, I suppose if you need more shopping then a visit to Nowra is not that far as well! I aim to move there if I can this year and make it my home, missing the country life!

"Perfect get-away from the big smoke!"
Spent the weekend with soft white sand beneath my feet, listening to birds and admiring the amazing views across the bay to the lighthouse and beyond. Stayed in this beautiful house overlooking the big blue sea - https://seaglassjb.com/

"Blend of beauty and snobbiness."
Vincentia definitely has a tight-nit community feel which is fine in all other areas besides when it comes to tourists and new renters/buyers. Like anywhere, the Shoalhaven in general is not willing to share their beautiful landscapes with any newcomers. Plenty of rich, older people live here and successful professionals with teenage kids. The teenagers in Vincentia however are much less than perfect with Vincentia High School alone being one of the roughest in the Shoalhaven.
If you can even afford to touch a house in Vincentia, then live there. But the price to buy is out of this world.
Great for
- Beautiful scenery.
- Surf Culture.
- Nice places to eat out.
Not great for
- Snobbish locals.
- Rough high school.
- Too expensive.

"Unforgetable Vincentia."
We chose Vincentia as our escape from the "big smoke" . Beautiful beaches with white sands,on a bay 8 times the size of Sydney harbour and close to Booderee National Park.
And why not live with a view across the bay to a lighthouse and an island?
Great for
- Quiet, clean and beautiful.

"nearly as good as"
Nice suburb with older style houses many of which are undergoing renovation and refurbishment. Short distance to boat ramp and beaches. Quiet and safe but a bit dull so it's not recommended for singles or couples. Nearby Sanctuary Point offers better value and has more on offer in all areas of rating.

Rentals in Vincentia
"VINCENTIA - A Stunning Coastal Suburb."
Vincentia, a stunning coastal suburb with everything to offer, shopping centre for the essentials, Primary and High School, cycle ways, pristine beaches and coves, boating, snorkling, swimming are just some available activities.
The area is growing with the new addition of the Bayswood Estate, Properties on the hill of Vincentia acheive stunning elevated views, while many beachfront properties along Elizabeth Drive acheive unobstructed water views of Jervis Bay.
Recommended for families, couples, retirees, holidays, to live, to visit. 5 Stars!

readers can disregard Ashlees comments of the shoalhaven locals being unwilling to share. She seems to have abit of a chip on her shoulder and to be very bias, judging by other reviews Ive noticed shes written. Particularly the one on North Nowra , very bias, had me in stitches
