Reviews of Vine St, Darlington
"Great for professionals, couples"
Close to the main areas, Glebe, Newtown and the city without the big price tags. Street parking is also great. Close to Redfern but less security issues. Walking distance to parks and Uni. Can be a little noisy if you like quite areas but that no more than what is city living. Most properties around the area are being renovated up. Value is expected to go up. More and more families are moving in. Close to boutique pubs and great eateries.

I was a little worried when i first moved into darlington as it was so close to big bad 'Redfern', but it has really grown on me. It is relatively quiet with small streets, and so close to shops, schools, the park, local pubs, Newtown etc. There is potentially some security issues, but like most city locations, lock the door and dont wander the streets at 2am and its fine - i've never felt unsafe. i love the local feel so close to the city - perfect for me.
