If you want beachside living at its best, waikiki and Safety Bay are the places to be. You can still pick up a property under $500,000 within a few hundred metres of the beachfront. Warnbro Beach Rd and Arcadia Drive would have some of the closest positions to the water anywhere in the metropolitan area. If you want direct beachfront, this is the place to be. The water is also very clean and well flushed with no pollution to speak of. A great place to live and enjoy the marine environment. Yesterday, I had breakfast at the beachfront restaurant Betty Blues and watched thevDolphins frolicking in the water out the front if the restaurant. Magnificent place.

You can live right accross the road from it if you want as waikiki stretches from ennis avenue all the way to the beach.

About as close to the water as you can get!

Warnbro beach Rd runs basically on the beachfront and enjoys some of the best ocean views Perth has to offer.

You can still buy very close to the beach for well under 500k.

It's a beautiful area to live. Great beaches, windsurfing, boating, swimming, fishing, great schools and shopping.
