"7 Kms to City"
I have just listed a home on Waratah Ave and I am blown away by the style, character and warmth of homes in this area. This home was built around the 1930's, has the ultra high ceilings with the classical gables, porches and all the trimmings. It is certainly a heritage worth preserving!
