"Boguns"

Street is full of noisy boguns. Just take a drive through in the evening and hear the loud cars doing burnouts or hooning around the area. My car has been scraped without anyone leaving a note; something that happened in the area of Mitcham closer to Donvale where a polite note was left with a phone number etc.

I'm sure real estate agents have written most of these reviews because there are no good restaurants in any part of Mitcham. Admittedly if one heads towards Doncaster the options increase dramatically.

I have lived in Mitcham for almost 20 years and basically the closer you are towards Ringwood the worse it gets. Closer to Donvale/Nunawading, the streets are generally quieter and people more polite.

"Haven among the bustle"

Quiet street accessed only by local traffic, very low crime area that very rarely sees graffiti or willful damage if at all. Well kept gardens with most vehicles parked off the street. Access to Eastlink is a 30 second drive from home. Within walking distance to Schools, Restaurants, Nightclub, Railway station, Sports grounds, Fitness clubs & major Shopping Center's with Cinemas. Three Hospitals are within 10 minutes drive. The end of the street features parks with BBQ & natural bush walks with a paved bike track where you can ride to the city or out to Warburton. The street has been established 60 years & has a mix of houses & units. Cable TV & Internet available.
