What are the house block sizes in Warrandyte?

The majority of block sizes in Warrandyte are above 4000m2 and usually no more than 10000m2. These allotments are single dwelling which means you can build one house with one title on the land. It does not mean that you cannot build a granny plat or another unit on the property, however it will still remain on the same title and you will not be allowed to sell the other dwelling individually.
However, you do find some small allotments around 600 - 1000m2, but this is rare. again, all majority of allotments are single dwelling only.
