Looking for a home in Warranwood?

"Leafy and private"

This is a fantastic hidden suburb right behind Ringwood North. The properties are large and on decent sized blocks. The area is leafy and private as the streets are tree lined. It is a short drive to Eastland shopping complex and train station.

The average rental income for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property is between $480 - $530 per week.

"Ah......the serenity!!!"

We love living in Warranwood!!!
We are in Galtymore Close & for us, it's only 2-5mins drive to great schools, including 3 renowned private schools. It's a 10 min drive to Ringwood/Eastlink & only a 5 min drive to pick up most necessities at 3 shopping centres, Burnt Bridge Ringwood East, North Ringwood shops or McAdam Sq Croydon Hills. Here you'll find Coles, IGA's, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, PO, banks, chemists, butchers, bakeries, pet shop, health food shop, video shops, even a gym, travel agents & an organic fruit shop! Also only 5 minutes away, is the Croydon Hotel, several wineries & a fantastic park with bike tracks for the kids at McAlpin reserve, Ringwood North. Everything so close and yet when we're at home we love the serenity, treed views & how safe we feel.
We are a 15-20 min walk to the bus stop at Warranwood primary school & then there's a 15-20 min bus trip to Ringwood, but of course if you're near a bus stop it won't take as long. If you need to catch public transport you might feel a little isolated, but if you're like us & like to drive everywhere, it's not a problem.
Warranwood is a great place to live if you like to drive!

"Hidden Gem, with top schools, parks, recreation and family raising suburb"

Can't say enough about the 360 degree greatness of Warranwood.
Exceptionally close to the best mall of the east, EastLand.
Very close to all the light and medium commercial shopping of Ringwood, Croydon, etc.
Excellent schools like warranwood primary, Luthor college, Yarrey Valley grammer and Rudolf steiner just a short hop.
Only less than 1,000 houses in this tightly held gem of a suburb with no shady or suspicious activity around the neighbourhood.
Safe and lovely neighbourhood with friendly and always comforting neighbours.
No night life (except in Ringwood, which is less than 2 mins drive) but no alcoholism, drunk behaviour in the neighbourhood.
Everyone we know is a family with young or teen kids, with professional and technical working class parents. Very family oriented suburb, ideal if you want to raise good moral valued kids.
Ranks top in the social economic index of ABS and medium to high income families.
Gardens, parks, reserve at the corner of every street.
Can't say enough of the beauty of living in this suburb and seeing the kids grow in a safe, green and clean environment.

"Great Suburb for Families, Couples & Retirees"

Warranwood, a small, but highly sought after and tightly held suburb, is tucked in between South Warrandyte & Ringwood North, hence the name 'Warranwood'. It's extremely popular with families, offering walking distance to good quality local schools, such as Luther, Yarra Valley Grammar, Rudolf Steiner and Warranwood Primary and is surrounded by local parks & reserves including Warranwood Reserve, Quamby Reserve and Coleman Park. Ringwood North & McAdam Square shops, Eastland & Eastlink are no more than a few minutes drive away. The suburb provides many attractive homes and streets and retains enough canopy trees to give it a 'country feel' in suburbia. From people walking their dogs to riders taking their horses to Pony Club, the suburb is peaceful, attractive and highly regarded.

"Leafy & Well Located"

Warranwood is one of those lesser known but highly valued patches of land in the outer eastern suburbs. It is central to the conveniences of Ringwood and Croydon, not too far from the boutique shopping of Warrandyte.
The peace you'll find in Warranwood will suit you and your family thanks to the proximity to some of Melbourne's most highly regarded schools including Yarra Valley Grammar, Rudolf Steiner School and Luther College.
Eastland is about a 5minute drive
