I've read there is plans for two new primary schools to be built. Any ideas on time scales?

One is already built and the first classes start Feb 2017. It’s located between Providence Estate and Emerald Park. The second primar school was planned to be built in The Village but no signs of it yet. ring Peet who handle The Village sales to query.
