Hi Percy, best to take any train going via the pakenham or cranbourne line on any of the staition on the city loop. It will take you down to Springvale within 35-45min depending on time of travel.

You can get a 30 minute train from Flinders Street. If you get on the Packenham line, it will take you to Springvale.
