Is Woronora a fire prone area?

Yes it is prone to bushfire as is most of the surrounding suburbs which are all leafy bushland areas. Pre-cautions always need to be taken regardless of how close you are to the surrounding bushland. It has been sometime since any homes have come under threat in the Woronora Valley.
