Wynnum West is Feral?
Been to this area quite a few times has alot of ratbags at the shopping centre and there are 3 housing commission complexes being built all round the shopping centre. Will this area be the next Woodridge? Been looking in the area most homes are crap and they are asking top dollar why is that?

I would have to agree with rickytan for the most part, it is worsening in places including the neighbouring suburbs, but as Graeme stated there are still plenty of good areas to comfortably reside in Wynnum West and the surrounding suburbs.

Not where I live. I have lived in Wynnum West for 15 years and love it. I have also lived an Manly West, Manly and Wynnum and I prefer Wynnum West. On a ridge to capture the breezes, close to schools, shops (Wynnum Plaza) and easy access to the airport and city.
