Is buying into the Yanchep Golf Estate a good investment?

Great investment, now that Yanchep Central Shops are open. With the Butler trains almost towards the end phase of construction, it gives a another one-up on Yanchep. It used to be a suburb deemed to be too far friom everything but developers are quick to learn that amenities need to go up ahead of residential developments. They got this one right. Interest rates also look to stagnate or drop further. No better time to invest IMHO.
