Honestly, unless you plan on installing CCTV and reporting litter and furniture dumping to the Deagon Ward council, I wouldn't buy. I mean I know at some stage it should be cleaned up, but at the moment, Zillmere has too many problems. I have lived there for 2 years and I am moving out soon. There are problems with the housing commission people and hoons.

I moved to Zillmere two years ago and haven't had any problems. With regard to furniture etc on the footpath if you report it to the Brisbane City Council using its online service the Council arranges for cleaning, etc. I reported a couple of matters and the Council attended to them in a reasonable timely manner.
