How it works
We've made it easy to get your listings in front of buyers faster. Download the Homely iOS app, log in with your Homely Agent Account and hit the Instant List button in your profile. Here's how it works:
Step 1
Enter the property address.
Step 2
Fill in the property basics (such as sale/rent and bed/bath/car spaces). If in VIC upload your Statement of Information.
Step 3 (optional)
Upload your pre-market ‘Hype Video’ and photos.
Step 4
Confirm all the details of the property, as well as adding other agents to the listing if necessary. Confirm you have the signed authority for the property, and then hit ‘Publish Property’.
And done! We take all the information you've supplied and create a stunning listing page that's fully SEO optimised with additional information to help it reach more buyers faster than ever before.
Buyers will be alerted with a special sneak peek of your newest listing and get in touch with you for more info and to set up private inspections.

How do I get started and Instant List a property?
Click on the ‘Get started’ link in the header and a Homely team member will be in touch to get you started. Once we’ve activated your account, we’ll send you further instructions, starting with downloading the Homely App from the iOS App Store to begin uploading your properties.
Am I eligible to Instant List homes?
All licensed real estate agents in VIC, NSW and QLD are eligible to Instant List homes on Homely. However, you must be a registered agent with Homely before we can activate your Instant List feature. You must also have the signed authority from the vendor (VIC, NSW & QLD) and the contract of sale (NSW only) in order to advertise their property for sale or lease via Instant List.
Why would my vendor want to Instant List their property on Homely?
If a vendor is on the fence about selling or wants early insights into buyer demand, Instant List is an excellent way to ‘test the market’. With Instant List you can gauge interest, test price expectations, field early enquiries, take people through the home privately and even receive early offers all before the standard campaign kicks off. You could potentially sell their property up to weeks or months faster than with a standard campaign.
How long after uploading until my Instant List property appears live on Homely?
Typically a new Instant List property will be processed and sent to buyers within 5 minutes. You can monitor the progress of your new listing on the app under the ‘Properties’ tab.
How long after uploading my Instant List property until Alerts are sent out?
Instant List alert will be sent out to prospective buyers with alert criteria that matches your new listing as fast as two to three minutes after we receive all the required information.
Can I change listing details and add more information after it is published?
Yes! You have full edit capabilities through the Homely iOS App. To make a change or upload more info to your listing open the relevant property under the ‘Properties’ dashboard on the Homely iOS App. Here you can amend the address, price, property features, add additional images and a video tour to your Instant List property.
Can I adjust the pricing or hide the price on my listing once it is live?
Yes, you can adjust the pricing or opt to hide the price on your listing after it is published. Go to your ‘Properties’ dashboard on the app, select the property, go through to the ‘Price’ setting and adjust the desired price or change the display price setting to ‘Private’ to remove pricing altogether. Note: It may take a few hours for changes to be reflected on Homely.
How do I remove an Instant Listing?
You can update the status of your Instant List properties anytime on the app under ‘Properties’ and ‘Status’. If you want to remove a property, change the status of a listing to ‘Withdrawn’. If you have any issues or concerns, please get in touch on [email protected] or 1300 466 359.
What should I do once I have photography and description completed? Do I need to edit my Instant Lists?
Instant List is designed to be a ’set and forget’ for agents to list properties quickly. Once you have all the necessary details for a full listings, enter them into your CRM as normal. We will receive the update from the CRM and remove the Instant Listing for you.
I’m a homeowner, can I Instant List my home without a real estate agent?
Instant List is only available to licensed real estate agents in VIC, NSW and QLD. Find an agent to Instant List your home here.
