"Exceptional"
I've now used Angus White and his team at Whitehouse Real Estate to sell three properties for me at Manly, Queenscliff and Fairlight, and I've been delighted with the outcome and the service every time. Angus is a real professional; a great communicator and his local knowledge is first class. All I ask from an Agent is to be up front and deliver what is promised. Angus ticked those boxes every time.

"Capable and Competent"
I bought my investment property in Balgowlah from Angus several years ago. Allowed another agency who was managing the existing tenants to continue to manage the property. Switched over to Angus and his team to ensure excellent service. Then last year Angus sold the same property for me at a great price and in a very smooth, professional and hassle-free manner. I have always been satisfied with Angus and his team and highly recommend that if you are buying, selling or renting in Balgowlah, Angus and his team are your go to team.

Communication was excellent and there was no time wasted on rah rah sales-speak. Angus was always available if we needed anything. Angus, and his team, provided excellent advice and kept us informed on progress throughout the marketing period. In a tricky market, he handled prospective buyers with ease ensuring and maintaining their interest resulting in a great outcome for all. His sales history and knowledge of the development was important for us and having an 'on site' office made inspections and appointments easy to arrange.
