Really was great in guiding us through the process as lock downs began in early 2020 and everything was moving into the online world (which was new to all of us at the time).

"I couldn't be happier"

When I decided to put my 100 year old, unrenovated but very charming house on the market, I decided to speak to Anna who was recommended to me by relatives. From the first meeting I was impressed with her knowledge of the market, her advice in regard to preparing the house, and her sharp sense of demographics. Within a day she had potential buyers through the house and at that point we decided to put the house on the market as early as possible. As a true professional Anna is able to pivot based on the feedback from actual buyers. Throughout the campaign, Anna kept me informed every step of the way. She was meticulous in presenting the correct facts to potential buyers and did not hesitate to seek clarification from me when questions arose. This speaks to Annas integrity and honesty. She displayed a readiness to take care of my interests as a seller while establishing a rapport with the potential buyers. I followed Anna's advice and at auction we achieved a very full and fair price. I could not be happier with my decision. "Exceptional Service, Exceptional Outcome!!"

We asked to write a testimonial for Anna because our experience with her was exceptional. The circumstances under which we were selling our house were incredibly difficult - the beginning of Covid19 social distancing, the house was leased and the tenants were understandably nervous and cautious about having people through for inspections, the government rules were changing daily - sometimes hourly. At every decision point it felt like Anna was ahead of the game, problem solving, thinking laterally and truely invested in getting the best outcome for us, at the same time making sure our tenants were looked after and their stipulations accommodated. She worked fast and efficiently, advising us honestly and cleverly, and often going over and above the call of duty to make things work - for example raiding her husband's shed for face masks when we had 24 hours to ensure anyone viewing the property wore PPE that was unavailable anywhere else! We engaged Anna on a Friday and because she was able to make things happen, the photos were taken earlier than originally scheduled, the OFI happened earlier than scheduled and only one was required, because the property sold - for a price higher than the top of our range - two weeks after our initial phone call to her. She kept us informed, worked really hard and dealt with our tenants with great sensitivity. It was fantastic to work with someone so honest, with so much integrity, creativity and such a superior work ethic. Thank you Anna.
