"very unprofessional and misguided"

Worst experience with Empire real estate . Very unprofessional service. They keep playing up from the start. I bought home thru empire real estate.i bought house for over 1.1 million. I have given 20k extra on top as above the offer. Because they keep lying about previous buyer loan application is approved. So they can get more money from me . Even after settlement Aseem and Saad bajwa, they did not even called me and said congratulations for your house . They just cared about more money and looking after only vendor. Normally realest they give bottle of wine, champagne or any little gift to buyer as respect . I am not greedy for bottle of wine as I have mini Dan Murphy at home .They have no shame . Greedy people. I have sold 2 properties in past. I have given something to buyers just to make happy as respect. These people are short term in real estate industry. Don't deal with Empire real estate.
