"AMAZING"

To whom it may concern, After speaking with several listing agents from different real estate companies, I chose to list my property for sale with another firm. I chose not to list with Ash Marton because his commission rate was higher than the others agencys. Despite my choice to list with a competitor, Ash maintained contact with me letting me know about properties he had been selling in the area. My property remained listed with that company for ninety days without any offers being made and little interest being reported. The agents only solution was to keep dropping the price until the property sold. When my original term expired, i decided to re-list my property with Ash. Within one day of listing, i had a written offer. Within five days of listing, Ash had negotiated an offer for more than the property had been listed for with the previous agent. Ash Marton is highly motivated and professional. Make no mistake, he is working for you.

"Nothing is ever too much trouble"

I must say that I cannot get over how professional Ash Marton and colleagues have been so amazing and so very professional throughout the time I have had my house rented. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I cannot recommend your company highly enough. I have met Ash and he is definitely on the right and best track for success for himself and everyone involved in the company. I will be supporting what ever Ash Marton and Co. do on the Peninsula and will definitely recommend the company and colleagues to all I know.

"Customer Service OUTSTANDING!!!!"

Even though I live in Perth, I've bought, sold & rented a Melbourne property through Ash Marton RE, and I couldn't be more impressed with this truly dynamic and young agency (no old, stuffy agents there!) For my recent property sale, Ash & his team managed to get me $40,000 above our asking price! True! Their customer service is outstanding and personal.
