"Everyones Uncle Bill"
Bill had his work cut out for him trying to sell my mums house at the start of the pandemic. He sold it twice, then there was a delay, out of our control which delayed settlement. Bill can talk the leg of a chair and he will tell you that. His knowledge of the area, expertise, honesty and being realistic sets the tone for the sale experience I would definitely recommend Bill Lassi

"Real Estate Guru"
Bill is the most experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent I've ever met. He not only sold my house in the middle of a pandemic while auctions were banned... He did it twice! (first sale didn't go through). He is also upfront, sets realistic expectations with sellers and doesn't make false promises. He is charming with every potential buyer and really knows every marketing trick in the book. If I were to again need an agent to sell my house, I would choose Bill Lassi.
