This was my first experience of selling a property. Bill Joycey walked me through the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. He helped with advice regarding finding a retirement village that he thought would be right for me. He did not have a vested interest in this purchase and I thank him for his ideas which proved to be very useful. He then took some well-earned leave just after the Christmas break and his personal assistant Bridget Fox took over. She did everything in her power to make the selling process run smoothly while keeping me informed. She was always available at the end of the telephone even on her days off. The house sold quickly for an amount I am very happy with. I could not recommend Bill or Bridget highly enough. I found out that selling a house is a stressful business but it was made so much easier with the able assistance of these two.
