I would like to thank Michael Hingston and Chris Hingston for their efforts in selling our property at 37 Auburn Grove, Hawthorn East. Michael and the Jellis Craig team were very efficient in organising tradespeople, furniture hire and photographers on our behalf, meaning that we were able to list the property for sale within a very short timeframe. Michael and Chris were exceptionally proactive in providing regular updates on the progress of the campaign and always easy to contact. They also provided invaluable advice throughout the whole process, and a realistic assessment of price. As a result we had a well-run sale campaign with several bidders at the auction which Michael facilitated extremely well resulting in us selling above our reserve in a challenging marketplace, at a price we were very happy with. We would not hesitate to recommend the services of Michael and Chris along with the broader Jellis Craig team who were instrumental in referring potential buyers.

Even though I live overseas in London and have never met Chris in person, the process from start to finish has been seamless, and Chris was always contactable, even throughout the Christmas/ new year period. I cannot fault his service, which has been impeccable. He managed to find a buyer for my property in Leura Grove Hawthorn without advertising, and we have agreed a sale at a price that I am very happy with, within a very short period of time. The whole process since appointing Chris has been completely stress-free for me, which was truly a pleasant surprise, as i did have concerns about being so far away. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris to anyone who is looking to sell their property.
