We originally purchased our property in St Leonards through Christ Reynolds from L J Hooker, Crows Nest in April 2009. During this process we found Chris to be highly professional and attentive to our needs as a buyer from when we started the original investigation process to negotiations and contract settlement. So much so, that when the time came to sell our property again in June 2015, we contacted Chris straight away. We knew his expertise and persistence was the right person for our property. Chris did not put pressure on us to sell via auction which is what other agents in the area have been pushing. Instead he encouraged us to wait until we had the right buyer and the right price.
