"Over The Moon"

As we had lived in St kilda for many, many years and kept an eye on the property market we have often run into Claudio who was always ready to chat and give us information on what was going in the market which was important when we bought another property in St kilda in the future. So understandably when we decided to sell one of our properties recently we didnt hesitate to ask Claudio to do it for us. This particular property was a difficult one. We live overseas now so there was a lot of detail to go through. Claudio in his personal but professional way he steered us through the myriad of detail that had to be dealt with. There was maintenance to be attended to, styling of the apartment to make sure the apartment looked its best (and it did) which he and his very efficient back up team attended to. He ran a great campaign for us and we couldnt have asked for a better result. We were over the moon. Thanks Claudio and all the team at Biggin and Scott.

"Highly recommended professionals"

Biggin and Scott were my agents for 5 years whilst I was renting my St Kilda apartment out. I always received great advice all paperwork etc sent on time and any query answered immediately and there was usually only a week between tenancies. When I decided it was time for me to sell Claudio was there for me, kept me updated on the market and my apartment in particular. He persevered and kept me hopeful when we weren't getting the interest we had hoped for. unfortunately the hoist parking was a drawback as half of Melbourne have 4WD's which won't fit. Claudio let me know of the problem rather than hide it and would always let me know about the potential of each visitor (and their cars). We eventually met with success however going back and forth between me and prospective buyers and we managed to up the initial bids to an acceptable offer. Well done to all the team. Highly recommended professionals but wonderful people as well. Sincere thanks to all the team for a memorable experience.
