Daniel was exceptionally skillful in guiding us on preparing the property for sale, managing the marketing phase, communicating with us, and finally managing the auction and bidders on the day. Exceptional marketing material helped get the best field of bidders interested.

"Achieved the best result!"

During May 2017, Daniel Patterson and his team at Cobden & Hayson Drummoyne, undertook the sale of my mothers home at Walton Cres, Abbotsford. We chose Daniel and his agency, over others we spoke to at the time, concluding his enthusiasm, drive, professionalism and approach would achieve us the best result. Our opinions proved to be correct and these valuable attributes in an agent did indeed come to the fore, resulting in us achieving a result above our initial expectations. This was due in no small part to Daniels expertise in dealing with both us as the vendors, and the potential purchasers. His communication and availability were second to none, so vital in real estate dealings where so much can occur at any hour. Along with his assistant Kirsty Bartter and his admin team, the sale occurred quite seamlessly, with a minimum of fuss, due solely to the professional approach of all involved. The integrity of the team was judged by us to be paramount, we at all times felt comfortable in our discussions and dealings. Our contentment with the end result reinforces all the above.
