"Personable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with."
Danielle is a gem amongst the property management scene and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional, knowledgeable property manager with a can-do approach. She is efficient, reliable, organised, responsive, timely and proactively anticipates needs. I know that if something needs to be done with respect to the property, she will ensure it not only happens in a timely manner, but is undertaken with the least hassle to all parties involved. Simply put, she is a clever operator who gets the job done well. And to top it off, shes also personable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I have never had a property manager I have had greater trust in. Danielle is unparalleled in her ability to provide an excellent experience to both her landlords and tenants. Ive had this same feedback from my tenants. Danielle is incredibly well presented, professional, pro-active, prompt, dynamic, and an excellent communicator. She takes pride in understanding her clients, how they like their properties to be managed (e.g. level of intervention etc.) and adapts her management style appropriately. Danielle provides alluring, accurate and concise copy for advertising. She presents properties well and she is a great judge of character with a superior eye for optimal tenant identification. Danielle is extraordinarily efficient & effective when it comes to issue management; Im surprised shes not working 80hr weeks. I couldnt feel more comfortable knowing Danielle is looking after my properties and my recommendation of her offering, demeanour and dedication couldnt be higher!

"Superstar!"
Just wanted to say thank you! The electrician called yesterday and came out the same day - all lights and oven are now working perfectly! And we've just had the handyman call to arrange a time to come out and fix the blinds! Thanks so much for arranging these repairs so quickly - you're a superstar!

Danielle is a great property manager who will often come up with resolutions prior to advising me of any potential issue which is really helpful. Danielle has wonderful communication skills when working with my investment property - I am always kept in the loop and aware of whatever is going on.

Danielle has done an excellent job at managing my property.From the very start of owning my first investment property, great tenants were found, and living interstate has taken the stress off of me knowing my property is being very well managed. My enquiries are always answered and extra help with advice that I was seeking has helped me greatly. I will be recommending Interface Property and Danielle to my family and friends and look forward to having my next property managed by them both, hopefully in the not so distant future.
