We purchased a property where he was the vendor agent and felt he did an excellent job as advocate for vendor while maintaining strong communications with prospective buyers. From the onset, David and his team made the overwhelming experience of selling our home, which had been part of our family nearly 40 years, an experience that I can only describe as personal, caring, and respectful. The personal touch came with David always present from the first meeting, preparing the house for sale, attending all open for inspections and navigating a multitude of communication paths between client and family. The caring and respectful aspects were forefront in David and his team's dealings with my family, ensuring that our wishes were considered along the way, checking in to see how our emotional wellbeing was going and most importantly having a sense of our needs in all matters during throughout the process. Near cafes and restaurants, walk to public transport including the train station. Considered a suburb for the young professionals, executives, young family and empty nesters. Must visit.
