"Cheapest property management services"
Overall good experience, however it took 5 weeks to find Tennant,I guess which was bit longer in such a tight rental market. Suggestions is: should be 3 open inspection instead of 2 in a week with at least 48 hour prior notice.

It is really great to deal with someone that provides great customer service and offers really great management fee deals to their clients. David is prompt when repling to communication and efficient. The process to sign up as a Landlord is easy, smooth and hassle free.

"Highly recommend Crash Realty"
I use David as my property manager after hearing someone mentioned him to me. I find him a very hard working person. He always replied to my emails very quickly while I found that the other real estate agents could take much longer to respond. He is helpful and also able to secure a tenant for me very quickly. I have no hesitation to recommend anybody who wants to find a good property manager to try David and you won't be disappointed.

This is our first experience so was apprehensive at first actually thought I could do it all myself. So glad we decided to have an Agent with us now as we can both concentrate on work. David has been a no nonsense honest guy and he has successfully found a new tenant without any delay has corresponded well with emailing and texting with updates. Reliable,professional, prompt and pro-active. We have used a few other property management agencies and often felt that we were doing the management ourselves and due to the high turnover of property managers a lot of things fell through the cracks. This hasnt been the case with Crash Realty and we highly recommend them.
