"Extremely happy"
David is a professional and an expert in his field. His friendly manner puts you at ease and from the beginning. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable in this area. His most outstanding trait was to give us choices and when asked, his honest opinion. He was never pushy nothing was too much trouble. Overall David is very good at what he does and it was a pleasure to work with him. I must also mention Nathan Davids assistant. Again a professionally presented person who went out of his way to be accommodating. Friendly, punctual and a very good communicator

I can not speaker higher of Dave, from day 1 he has been incredible to work with. Dave was always available to answer any question of mine no matter how small. "House sale"
David was most enthusiastic and encouraging during the sale process. We were selling at a time when the market was rapidly changing, and he was very helpful and patient, as he guided us through this period. We successfully sold our house and were ready to move interstate. David also contacted a Harcourt agent there to help us with our move.
