"Great result"

I chose Dee as my agent because I felt that she understood my home and what kind of buyers would find it appealing and I was proven right. The photography in particular presented my home realistically and at its best. Dee was also supportive throughout the process, communicated with me regularly and worked to get me the best result possible in a downward moving market. I was very happy with the service and professionalism of all the Compton Green staff who helped me sell my home.

Everything about the process of working with Dee and her team at Compton Green was professional, inclusive and in all honesty, surprisingly easy. From the initial meetings to referral of a property stylist (definitely worth doing!) to preparation of marketing material, post inspection communication right down to contract negotiations, I have nothing but praise and gratitude!

We purchased our home from Dee almost 6 years ago and when we were looking to sell we approached her. Not only did she know our home, we knew she ran a great campaign as her and her team did convince us to buy our home on the first place!!! When going to market for a selling agent her communication was the most clear, considered and understanding of our situation - it made the decision easy. Our sale came with a few curve balls: 1. We live interstate 2. Our home was tenanted 3. Compton Green was not our leasing agent. 4. The media had just started to spin a down turn in the housing market. Dee and her team managed all of this in their stride. She kept us in the loop at all times. Answered my calls and responded to my texts in a timely and very professional manner. Addressing all my questions, concerns and listening to me along the way. Dee managed the relationship with existing tenants extremely well. Our home was passed in at auction which we were prepared for (thanks to open communication) but sold for a very respectable price only 2 weeks after auction in a tough market. I cannot fault Dee and her team at Compton Green and highly recommend their services.

Dee was an absolute delight to deal with and surpassed all our expectations with an amazing auction result. We researched the local agent market place thoroughly with other local agent relationships and continually came to the same conclusion with Compton Green and Dee - integrity, local knowledge, a gentle touch and full accountability - and what came with that was the amazing result. I would definitely recommend Compton Green.... P.S - Ask for Adrian to run the Auction - he is good!

"Dee Gibson review"

I had a really great experience with Dee. She built rapport with me very easily and was always well prepared for our meetings. This isn't a criticism of Dee as such, but I felt that the marketing team let her down when she needed to be absent. They were difficult to communicate with and at times unresponsive too feedback and questions - unfortunately this was at a crucial time of the campaign. It would have been good if an agent stepped in while she was away, to oversee the process.
