“Great area to live”
Good value, fantastic location with a large Woolworths, Medical Centre, bakery, bottle shop etc but also only 10 minutes to the calm water of Tin Can Bay or 20 minutes drive to the surf beach, cafes, Pub, Clubs of Rainbow Beach.

“Tree lined street - close to the beach”
Lived here for over 8 years with a young family and absolutely loved it. Surrounded by trees and loads of wildlife, especially birds, possums and sugar gliders (so cute). Very family friendly and safe. Kids can ride their bikes and skateboards around with no issues. Approx 7 minutes stroll to the beach from here. Cooloola Coast …

“Lovely town, fishing village, family friendly”
Tin Can Bay is a great place to live or visit. Boaties and fisherman love this place and one of the best things to do here is to feed the wild dolphins. Great spot if you love the outdoors, there are also some lovely parks and a fantastic foreshore walk. Dee White Cooloola Coast Realty Rainbow Beach.

Rainbow Beach is gorgeous, the beach itself has plenty of space for everyone and there is Double Island Point to the south and Fraser Island to the north.
