"hard-working, well-informed agent with a warm and professional manner"

Very responsive and adept. Erden has been on a journey with me ( a house hunter) since pre-Covid and during a time when I had to exit the market due to job insecurity. He stayed in touch just enough to keep me informed about a property I was keen on - warmly professional but not 'pushy'. As I was able to enter negotiations he kept me well-informed and was always responsive to my queries. During negotiations, when he was hard at work for the sellers, I also felt he was championing my bid to buy at a fair price. Success in a sale! "Approachable and proactive"

Approachable and proactive On the day we inspected Erden's property, we saw a number of others. There was one we decided not to even enter as the Agent was so unapproachable, giving varying answers about the property depending on if my partner of myself was asking, and another that we looked at and loved, but the agent was hard to talk to. Erdens property we hadn't scheduled to see that day, but upon calling he was happy to set up an inspection on short notice. He pointed out issues for us to be aware of along with the best features, encouraging our joy in the things we loved about the property. We we're split between it and another we'd seen, but his attitude instantly sold it to us. We asked to make an offer on the spot, and through the buying process Erden checked in with us regularly. We're so happy that we bought with him, and can't wait to move into our future home. Thank you!

"Amazing experience"

I had an amazing experience buying a property through Nicholas Scott. Erden was the real-estate agent I dealt with and he was incredible helpful with the whole process. After I missed out on one of the properties I wanted he kept me update to date with other properties in my area and price range. He is out to help the buyer as well as the vendor.

Personalised service with dedication and commitment to achieving the best result After selling our first home with a great sale price in only 3 weeks, Erden was the obvious choice to be our selling agent again for our current house.
