"Impressed with the level of service"

Fraser handled the selling of our property during the start of the Covid 19 lockdown very well. He knows the area very well and was able to offer good advice on the campaign. David, Fraser and team were very impressive in the way they handled the selling of my parents house - respectful, polite, and ever assuring - he made the process drama free from the onset. He and his team's communication was always clear and transparent. The way in which David and Fraser spoke with mum and dad on the day of their Auction, assuring them and guiding them through the negotiations was really impressive. The whole process was made as streamlined and stress free as it could be!

They're extremely factual with the information provided and set expectations very reasonably whilst at the same time demonstrating a great deal of care and understanding of the emotions in selling a family home.
