"Approachable and Hard Working"
Throughout the sale of my aged father's residence I always found Geoff to be approachable and hard working. I liked the way he backed up our discussions regarding price alteration with data from real estate sites and he always touched base with me a couple of times a week or daily when necessary. The experience was a sale at approximately 3 months on the market.

"Honest and down to earth."
We shopped around for agents and ended up choosing Geoff due to the fact he had already sold half of Jackson Street in recent times and his considerable knowledge of the Winchelsea market, he makes you feel comfortable and is very down to earth. Other agents promised ridiculous sale prices, where as Geoff is always honest and realistic. I can only fault Geoff on one thing (and it's a major flaw) the fact that he is a one eyed Collingwood supporter.

Our family engaged Geoff to sell a family home. His knowledge of the local area was second to none. He provided a thorough analysis of the local market and fully appraised the entire house; providing us an accurate price range. He took the time to meet the entire family and to understand the decision to sell. He kept us fully appraised of progress with the sale. The house sold within three weeks. He has an office at Winchelsea, making himself fully available to potential buyers. He was personable and always thoroughly prepared. Would we recommend him? Absolutely!

Although Geoffs primary focus was to benefit the vendors he was still mindful of our needs and emotions as a buyer. He was also very prompt at returning our calls/emails and was the only person we had to deal with which I believe is important for continuity and trust.
