We write to express our gratitude for the successful sale of our investment property last month - 8/130 Princes St, Port Melbourne. We chose RT Edgar because of the reputation of Gerald Betts. We bought our current home through Gerald many years ago, and really appreciated his professionalism, honesty and ethic, and the way he went beyond his call to help us. Without hesitation we asked Gerald to sell our investment property. From the beginning, Gerald set very realistic expectations, and communicated constantly throughout the campaign. The execution of the campaign itself was slick, with Gerald / RT Edgar arranging all aspects of advertising, staging furniture, utilities and cleaning. We barely lifted a finger. Very happy with the result of the auction which went above our reserve price. We won't hesitate to use and recommend Gerald's services over and over.

A sale had to be achieved as part of the winding up of a deceased estate - a good marketing strategy needed to be implemented in order to achieve the sale at the best price possible. I told you that from my point of view as executor, the most important aspect of the whole process was a professional approach, where I was kept fully informed but did not need to be hands on. Gerald Betts of RT Edgar (Albert Park) handled both sales and we are writing this letter in testimony of the high level of professional serice that he provided.
