"Brilliant"

We have bought and sold several homes previously to meeting James Hatzolos, but in no case has any of our other agents been more responsive, more professional or more courteous than James and his wonderful team. James is the ultimate professional; all class, honest , capable , hands on and extremely attentive from start to finish, highly knowledgeable in the field of real estate, incredibly cognisant of the different neighborhoods in all areas of Melbourne , pragmatic , readily adaptive to our changing parameters and expectations. He was always available by telephone or email, always having data in-hand or getting it remarkably quickly, and he has become a most trusted advisor. Professionals like him, in any field or occupation, are incredibly rare to come across. James Hatzolos is the type of professional that one can feel comfortable with, in that hes representing your interests in the best possible way. We felt like family throughout the home-selling process, and theres no better way to go about conducting business. We have used many agents in the past and we have never found one we have been entirely happy with and so when deciding to our home we wanted an agent that was knowledgeable of the market, professional and reliable, dedicated and most importantly trustworthy.
