"Top Agent"

If you are selling a house in Endeavour Hills this is the only team to use. Very professional and honest in all aspects and great communication and support at every step of selling your home. They offer excellent options and different price packages for selling your home ( I liked that they do Saturday and Sunday Open for inspections - the only team who does). To the very professional photographer and fantastic pictures that made my house look amazing, and Jay and Shenay who worked hard (and always with a smile and very professional) and went the extra mile, even bringing potential buyers through on New Years Day and selling it on New Years Day with a sensational result. I can't say enough good things about this team as agents for selling your property with.

First home - no confusion, and even some unexpected fun! We can't imagine our first home buying experience without Jay. He is very approachable, always has a warm smile to relax you in the inevitable stress which comes with the buying process. He was always professional, always replied to our questions in a timely manner and was respectfully honest in his answers. Some other real estate agents would try to take advantage of the fact we didn't know how everything worked. However, Jay was super understanding and talked us through the process step by step. He even went above and beyond by going to the house after we had purchased to measure spaces so we could take advantage of Black Friday sales for our white-goods. The experience was fun, which will be a positive memory we will have forever. One day when we are ready to sell, we will be giving Jay a call :)

Jay is a very experience agent with excellent knowledge of the area and the property market. He made the whole process of putting the house on the market, selling and settlement a breeze, guiding us along the way. I found him to be energetic and very passionate about his work. He is a great communicator and negotiator. We were a bit skeptical at first but the house was sold with the price above what I thought it could achieve and to his credit as what he said can be achieve.
