"Working with Scott and Kendall was the best decision"

Working with Scott and Kendall was the best decision I made when choosing a Real Estate Agent to sell my South Melbourne property. I found Scott and Kendall to be incredibly hard working, very genuine, very honest and at the end of the day they are the kind of people I would like to deal with if I was a purchaser on the other side of the purchasing cycle. I felt that Scott and Kendall took the time to educate me in the South Melbourne market, with what was happening currently with properties that were recently sold and were currently for sale to give me a better understanding of the activity that was happening in the market, and how to best position my property to achieve the best result possible and at the end of the day, that is exactly what happened. For me, Scott and Kendall provided extremely valuable advice on how to present my property. They connected me with a network of professionals including an incredible stylist who worked with me throughout the renovation process. The styling was above and beyond of what I could have expected. It certainly presented the house in its best light and contributed to that ultimate result on Auction Day. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Scott, he really took the time to educate me on the market and to understand what it was that I was looking for in an agent and in the sale of my property. On a cold winters morning in Melbourne, he turned up to my house with a warm cup of tea and drove me around South Melbourne to all the properties that had been recently sold or currently on the market and took the time to explain to me the comparison of that property to my property. Selling a property can be extremely stressful and I felt Scott and Kendall provided a completely different experience to what I initially thought selling the property would be, they made the experience really enjoyable. They are incredibly warm and friendly, whenever I needed to ask any advice they were there, they would come over at any point and sit with me to talk through any concerns and give me advice. They removed the stress of selling my property and at no point throughout the sales process did I feel any pressure from them in terms of adjusting price. I feel that Scott and Kendall understand South Melbourne, as locals they understand the benefits, they understand what its like to live in South Melbourne, their favorites spots which were the same as mine. They understand what the lifestyle in South Melbourne is like and that South Melbourne is a unique place to live. Scott and Kendall, thank you so much for achieving such an incredible result for my property in South Melbourne it was a massive decision to go with you guys, one that I certainly dont regret and I hope we get a chance to work together in the future.

Hi Kendall, I know it's taken me a while to do this, but I just wanted to write to you and say thank you for all you did to achieve a great result on the sale of our home. As you know, we spoke to several agents when we decided to sell our home and the decision to choose you above the others was an easy one. And I'm so glad with our choice! The idea of having to present your home to potential buyers multiple times every week was very daunting. The thought of having to get things ready for viewing while taking care of a new baby was extremely stressful. But you made the whole process so much easier. "Realistic Agents"

I am the owner of F45 Williamsburg prior to that I was in Real Estate for 14 years. I just sold my house using the team at Hocking Stuart Albert Park. "Great Communitcation and a quick turn around"

Kendall was a joy to work with. We wanted to sell our apartment in a difficult time in the market which made us quite nervous about how long it would take and how much it would sell for.
