We can not rate our experience with Malcolm Taylor highly enough. From the get go it was evident that Malcolm was highly passionate about his job and getting great results for his customers. He was honest at all times in our communications and followed through on actions committed to. Our whole experience with Malcolm and Upside property has been fantastic. Real Estate can be a bit of a touchy subject when it comes to selling and buying houses but this has been the most simple process from start to finish due to Malcolm's knowledge through his many years experience in the industry. Right from the beginning, Malcolm made us feel like we were in safe hands. No issue was a problem and he had a solution for everything. He made what could have been a stressful thing to do very easy and stress free. He was in contact with us frequently and I really felt he had our best interest at heart at all times.
