Michael's excellent knowledge of the real estate industry provided great confidence for the successful sale of our property. He was always happy to answer all our questions, no matter how small, and was excellent to deal with face-to-face. The whole selling process was well executed and timed and the day of the auction was an exciting time. Our house sold for a very good price and both vendor and purchaser were very happy. Good job.

Michael is a very capable and honest agent. At our first meeting he impressed with his open and frank manner. He did not over sell himself or the property. He seem quite realistic as opposed to other agents we met who claimed to be able to achieve results well outside reality. Open houses seemed to go well with Michael providing updates after each one.

We recently sold my fathers unit through Stockdale and Leggo in Blackburn. Michael Szitarity and the team were fantastic. It was an emotional time and they took care of everything, taking the stress out of the whole process. We appreciated their friendly, professional manner and they kept in contact with us the whole time. This was especially important as we are interstate. The Auction was very well advertised with plenty of open house days and the actual auction ran smoothly on the day. We were delighted with the price we received, well above our expectations.
