Our apartment was successfully sold today by Raine & Horne in Ascot Vale. We are extremely happy with the result and with the agent Pat Lattore. He did an absolutely fantastic job- not just at the auction but through the entire campaign. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was so easy to converse with and made the whole process seamless. Through the whole campaign Pat communicated so well with us, kept us up to date at all times, and we just felt like he continuously went above and beyond to get us this amazing result on the sale of our apartment. It never felt as though he just worked 9-5 hours, always thinking and planning for the best results. Were so glad to have met him and that he was the agent on our home, well definitely be highly recommending him to others.
