As the vendor I found Pat ZOCCALI to be approachable and very keen. Pat and his team had clear plans on how to market my premises and I was fully appraised of their plans. I was kept abreast of all the activity relating to the sale of the premises over the length of the campaign and could see that Pat was clearly chasing up all interested parties. On a couple of occasions Pat held extra private inspections with these parties. In the lead up to the auction I was provided with the expected number of bidders and the number who were considered serious about buying the premises. These numbers were right on the money and resulted in a successful outcome on the day of the auction. I can highly recommend Pat and his team.
