On behalf of Les and myself, I wish to thank you most sincerely for the most professional and courteous manner in which you sold our Townhouse. We fully understood that the market in North Cairns is not exactly as vibrant as other markets, but your tireless manner and attitude, completely exceeded our expectations. Every week, you held an open-house and almost daily, you were calling to advise us that you were bringing prospective buyers to view the house and once they showed any inclination to purchase the property, you tirelessly kept pursuing them until they had made a final decision. The thing that we enjoyed the most, was that you kept us constantly apprised of every prospective client and their comments, both positive and negative. Then came the sale, which was made so easy for us, thanks again to your constant follow-up.
