"Impressed and happy with the campaign"
When I decided to sell my home, I was tending towards a larger firm to market and sell the property. I had bought the home from Rob and Michele, when they worked with a larger Franchise and as the then buyer was always impressed with their courteous service and honesty. Rob now through his own new business Jacobs Partners in Property, remained in contact with me and when it came time to make a decision on an Agent to sell my home, his determination and keen attitude encouraged me to engage Rob and Michele to sell the home. I was thoroughly impressed and happy with the campaign, the communications, Robs negotiation skills and the outcome of the sale and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.

"Great sale"
This was a new experience for us selling a property in Mosman particularly as we did not live in Sydney and which could have proved very difficult. Rob and Michele were very professional and obliging from the first day we met. A lot of work was required to make the property attractive but with Micheles ideas and smooth arranging of workmen and decorating, the unit was ready for sale within a few short weeks. The open days were very busy affairs for them both but their feedback to us was organized and very precise. The property went to auction without a hitch and a great sale was made for us within weeks of it going on the market. We would recommend Rob and Michele without hesitation.

"I will always highly recommend Rob."
I met Rob Jacobs through a friend of mine in 1999 and have been fortunate to stay in touch with him since then through real estate transactions and regular communications. Rob sold a previous home for us within a matter minutes. This transaction occurred as an off market transaction, when Rob married a perfect buyer with our home and was immediately successful. Both us as Vendor and the buyer were extremely happy with this very fast and efficient process in which Rob has a reputation for being extremely successful. Rob then found our next home and again procured a successful off market transaction. We then kept in touch over many years with Rob, even if just via a phone call or for a coffee. Rob is remarkable at staying in touch with Vendors and Buyers well after the sales process has ended. I have made a point of sending friends to Rob and recommending him for Real Estate requirements and the feedback they have given me is always that they have been well looked after. We recently decided to sell our home in Shadforth Street, Mosman and engaged Rob. I again was keen for an off market transaction as we had had success with this style of selling previously. However this time Rob was not suggesting this, as the market had changed and requested a marketing campaign for our home. I did some research and spoke with other Agents and again chose to go with Rob, who successfully sold our home prior to the Auction date. Rob dealt with, picked up and dropped off documents, filtered issues, recommended Solicitors, who were excellent and was generally willing to put himself out every step of the way. Rob has since assisted with the purchase of our new home out of the Mosman area; he has communicated with the Agent and assisted in researching a lending broker. In conclusion Rob has offered friends advise, he knows the Mosman market impeccably and is very straight forward with all communications. I will always highly recommend Rob.

"Very impressive"
We have known Robert Jacobs in a professional and personal capacity for more than 20 years. Recently Rob was given the responsibility of selling $5m worth of real estate for us in a development on Military Rd. Mosman. "Professional & friendly team who made the experience stress-free"
We have sold a number of properties over the past 5-7 years using various agents but have not experienced such a professional and friendly team who really made the experience stress-free. The result met our price expectations after only two inspections and the ability for you to complete the transaction earlier than the scheduled auction really demonstrated your negotiation skills. It is also worthwhile mentioning that when we first met in relation to the purchase of Thompson Street I was thoroughly impressed with your honesty from a buyers perspective (even though you were acting for the Vendor), which I believe assists in buyers staying interested in a prospective property. This was the prime reason why we used you to sell our home.
