"First Class Agent"
Scott is a thoroughly nice guy. He protected us from unnecessary showings and interest that was not genuine, he negotiated hard in a challenging corrective market which resulted in a timely sale for us with a minimum of fuss. He gave very sound advice but left the final decisions to us. He communicated regularly and professionally and his fees were reasonable and transparent. I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone looking for a knowledgeable professional to sell their home.
