Simon was referred to me by a family member who had recently dealt with Simon with amazing results.. Well I wasnt disappointed, Simon was engaged from day 1. Upfront with all costs, my responsibility as a buyer , the sales platform to be used for the best possible result,not to mention Tips on home improvements prior to listing Simon gave us an approximate expected sales figure based on the market at the time.. “Location Location Location!!!”
After living on the leafy and secluded court of Bul Bul Ct Ludmilla for over 13 years I cant recommend it enough. Close to the CBD, popular beachs, shops and cafes I can encourage anyone thinking of buying to look here!
