"Good knowledge of local area, but lacking in transparency"

Subodh had good local area knowledge however on two occasions it became clear he was being dishonest. Was also incorrect/not thorough in his knowledge on realty laws. Unfortunately would not recommend Subodh and hope this review can save someone else from possible time wasted.

Manages our property with expertise, always answeres our emails, texts and phone calls. We are very happy with the tenants that Subodh chose. He inspects the property regularly. We have recommended Subodh to our friends.

This is our first investment property and we werent sure about the process and Subodh explained it very thoroughly! Sometimes we would ask questions which are totally unrelated to the matter, although he would explain us the how the neighboring suburbs are performing and how it may impact the suburb we own! Although I was little apprehensive in leasing though their team, but Ive noticed that they do the right thing by the owners/vendors, by making sure tenants are vetted Thoroughly! Tenants can be very difficult at times, esp inPaying rent in time and cleanliness ! Subodh has done inspections on all occasions periodically and have made tenants pay ,if need be in instances where cleanliness was imperative Hess highly recommended Agent and looks after our property
