I contacted Tara after having a terrible experience with tenants and real estate property manager who definitely did not look after my property. Taras professionalism and knowledge was a refreshing experience. I felt comfortable with her immediately and decided to trust her with my property. She has definitely gained my respect as she has not only found suitable tenants very quickly but also provided her utmost support in getting my property ready to tenant. I live 10 hours away so having a property manager that you can trust is of the utmost importance to me. Would recommend Active Agents to any landlord who is having difficulty in finding a property manager they can trust!

I could not speak more highly of Tara and Katie at Active Agents! As a first time landlord I felt super nervous about the whole rental process and after speaking with another real estate agency I started to feel like I didnt want to go through the process at all, until I met Tara and Katie and instantly felt at ease. They made the entire process so simple and exciting. They were happy to work in around my schedule and were very understanding when my timeline changed. They showcased my home so beautifully and I feel lucky that I have such lovely photos of my first home to keep forever. It has been 2 months since my tenants moved in and everything has been perfectly simple.
