Thomas Perram (Belle Property) 21Thomas Perram from Belle Property** Beware; if you are a seller avoid appointing Thomas Perram as your agent (see photos). This person prioritises his ego over your property. His arrogance might cost you a fortune or your house might end up selling cheaper because he could make some potential buyers who might pay higher price to walk away due to his attitude. During an inspection, he told my wife and son to take off their shoes with bossy attitude, despite he was wearing his shoes inside the house himself. We actually didn't mind but when we were genuinely curious and asked why we have to take off our shoes (I asked because we saw he didnt take off his shoes), his response was "DO YOU WEAR SHOES AT HOME?". My blood started to boil right after he raised his voice and said that to me and my family; instead of answering my question he answered my question with another question arrogantly. The way he said it was very provoking. I tried to calm myself down but when I asked him why you wear your shoes then, he replied "I will be in the house for 8 hours". So I thought to myself so HE HAS the right to wear shoes inside and we don't?? I just can't justify the relevancy between 8 hours and him allowing himself to wear his shoes while forbid us. Frankly speaking, I actually didnt mind taking off the shoes, its just the way he raised his voice and shown his arrogance over a simple genuine question was too unpleasant and unacceptable. Why would I as a customer need to put up with this attitude?? I mean WHO THE HECK ARE YOU? You are just a worker that is supposed to be nice to all buyers who will potentially give you business AND for the sake of your vendor that gives you wage. So just be nice and do your job properly, dont argue with the people who give you business, dont bite the hands that feed you. If I was the owner I wouldn't be happy that he talked like that to any buyer, wearing his shoes inside the house and telling any potential buyers to take off their shoes except for him. He was also impatient during the inspection, rushing us to get our shoes to go to the backyard. We were there on time and not even there for 5 minutes and he was already rushing us to get the shoes and check the backyard. The way he talked was very bossy such as Go get your shoes now". No basic manners and there was a vibe of discrimination too. He just lost a genuine buyer here. In the end we had enough of the argument and we ended up didn't fully inspect the property and walked away. The whole experience was VERY unpleasant, I inspected many properties but NEVER in my life had I encountered an agent like this. Again if you are a seller I would suggest avoid this particular agent Thomas Perram at all cost if you want to have a good sleep at night and a peace of mind having your valuable property to be taken care of. You wouldn't know his true colour unless you are a buyer that visits the house for inspection. I feel bad for the owner of the house that I inspected, because NO MATTER how much I like the property I won't go ahead and buy because of this agent. Who wants to do business with a person that provokes and argues with you? Nobody wants to deal with an unpleasant agent (see photos). You have been warned vendors.
