Tom explained the process that I was to expect for the proposed sale of my home thoroughly, honestly and in lamen terms, answering all of my questions most satisfactorily. I was estatic at the public response at my first and only open house day, which resulted in approximately 30 groups coming through. Three days later I was delighted and overjoyed with an offer presented to me by Tom which I subsequently accepted. Tom and his team always dealt with me in a cheerful friendly down to earth manner.
