"Incompetence and unprofessionalism"

My experience was awful. Two years it took to fix my heater. She delayed and at times outright refused to fix my blocked toilet that then led to blocked sink in kitchen and a blocked shower. It only ended up being fixed because Toni went away and I could get her temporary replacement agent to send out someone immediately. She also tried to say It looked like I'd be paying for the plumber (turns out roots were growing into pipes so they had to pay). She initially refused to let someone come out and fix the internet. All they had to do was flick a switch in an outside box to let the internet run into the back of the house from the front as it was subdivided. Apparently she was concerned they would bash through a fire wall even though all cables were already installed and both myself and the Internet guy told her it's just a box outside the house. You think she would know that the property she was managing had already laid down cable for internet. This was after she rudely informed me that I had to get ADSL. It's not even possible to get ADSL at this property. Ever since that issue she has been obtuse, incompetent and rude. It's caused me so much stress. My tv stopped working and for some reason that didn't make sense , she thought it had to be a booster issue. I told her it wasn't a booster issue on multiple occasions but she still had someone drop off a booster into my mailbox with out notifying me . It sat there for a month until I worked out it was for me and not the people living at the front and that she hadn't listened to me when I said it was a booster issue. I had someone come out to look at it and turns out it was down to a switch in the front of the house being turned off and that it had to be kept on all the time for my tv to work. The list just goes on. At times I believe she even lied about contacting the owner. When I saw him and asked if he was aware of certain problems, he wasnt. All throughout my dealing with her, she was rude, condescending. It even made me get rude back a few times and I hate doing that but I'd get so upset and frustrated and stressed by her incompetent ignorant and rude responses. As a result I'm moving house just to be free of her and all these ridiculous issues. I've never had problems with a property manager before and I've rented for decades. She has been by far the worst. Every single time I had an issue, she would stall , make weird excuses, and just generally make getting anything fixed a major issue that took a really long time as well as being rude in her communications. She would continuously get things wrong and if I pointed that out she would just go silent. On top of this and many other issues, when I emailed Donna cross , her manager, the only response was ' that doesn't sound like tony' nothing was done, nothing was escalated or solved and she continued to bully me, delay every single issue and I can't help but think it's just sheer vindictiveness and a severe lack of professionalism. It's been one of the worst experiences I've had to consistently battle with, these past two years. I'm so happy to be moving. Communicating with her was torturous. I often had to explain simple questions and simple requests again and again for her to understand. It's obvious she is not competent, professional or mature enough to manage a property. I would recommend you never rent a property from this woman or if you do, I wouldn't bother trying to address any issues with upper management who just ignore the situation and clearly take her side without even bothering to speak to me to assess. After writing my first review I finally got a call from Donna ,who all of a sudden wants to discuss these matters. I don't think I'll be doing that as I already emailed her a list of issues ages ago to which she ignored at the time.
